Again, which is too expensive for my budget and not one of my needs, this basic phone covers my needs sufficiently. This is a major disappointment and completely frustrating but since I only need a basic phone and can't spend more money on a smart phone, I am forced to improvise! I am very disappointed too that this basic phone is not compatible with my newer car Bluetooth!

The touch on this phone is responsive and accurate, the keyboard is great, the phone functions to full expectations and is overall a very easy to use phone. Thank you! Pulled the memory card from the Nook and put it in the phone, but when I tried to transfer files to the memory card, I got a transfer failed message written in very poor English. Tried to transfer the photos to my Nook via Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth connection fails.

I was able to do this once, back when I first got the phone, so the devices were still paired. Also couldn't add a Bluetooth headset, had to return that to the store. Overall just a terrible phone. I've tried waiting out the two years til I can upgrade for free, but now I'm just ready to pay for a phone myself and be done with this thing. Was on here with someone else and got disconnected. I wanted to save money by using Google voice as my main business line but I realized due to the poor call quality I was loosing customers and it cost me a lot of money.

Here is our story: Really liked the idea of T-mobile Home, so we switch our unlimited cell service from Verizon to T-mo I would like to delete my T-mobile community account not my regular T-mobile account used to access my plans.
